Collection: Tor Cederman

Cross-border Artist and Craftsman

Tor Cederman, born and raised in Karlstad but living in Stockholm since 1984, is a versatile artist, craftsman, exhibition designer and scenographer. With an artistic career spanning fifteen years, Tor has dedicated himself to his own artistic creation.

Cederman's work unites art and craft in a harmonious symbiosis. His artistry is characterized by an exploration of the boundaries between form, color and technology. By using different materials and techniques, especially in textile arts and crafts, he conveys his profound stories.

Tor is known for his work in three-dimensional sculpture, where he often uses a mix of techniques to create works of art that challenge and inspire. His art ranges from textile creations to paintings, and each work is a journey into his artistic world where technique and choice of materials play a decisive role in the storytelling.
