Shipping policy

Delivery

For international shipping we will use the company Sendify. The company will sort everything from getting the package to the legal. Framed works may take a few more days. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. When buying brake-cast sculptures, the delivery time can be up to 1 month.
In case of possible delayed delivery, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible at elisabet@gallerimatsbergman.se.
Responsibility for ordered goods passes to the customer only when the delivery has been completed. Usually the goods are sent from our warehouse in Karlstad.

For international customers we are not providing free shipping.

Deliveries not collected

If delivery is not collected from PostNord or Schenker, we reserve the right to charge you SEK 375 for the costs incurred in connection with such a return + handling costs.
