Refund policy

Delivery times


We use PostNord and Schenker as our logistics partners and the regular delivery time is 5-10 working days. Framed works may take a few more days. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. When buying brake-cast sculptures, the delivery time can be up to 1 month.
In case of possible delayed delivery, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible at elisabet@gallerimatsbergman.se.
Responsibility for ordered goods passes to the customer only when the delivery has been completed. Usually the goods are sent from our warehouse in Karlstad.


Deliveries not collected


We have a 30-day right of return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mats@gallerimatsbergman.se. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping slip, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at mats@gallerimatsbergman.se.



Injuries and problems


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.



Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, once the return has been accepted you make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds


We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. Then we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
