We start the day with a VIP viewing of the current exhibition at Gallery Mats Bergman, Herrhagsgatan 48, then we go and eat a 2-course "lunch dinner" including drinks. The musical starts at 18.00 and at the end of the performance at about 21.00 the bus goes back to Karlstad!

Notification
Registration takes place directly to Specialresor, "first come, first served", either by telephone on 054-18 89 00 (telephone hours: 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm) or email info@special-resor.se.

The application must be at our disposal no later than 2020-02-15, thereafter subject to availability. The registration fee is 10% of the trip price per person and must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the Travel Certificate/invoice, the remainder is paid no later than 40 days before departure.
Open purchase until 15/4 2021!
In order for you to feel secure in booking a trip under the current circumstances, we offer open purchase. This means that you pay the registration fee as below, and that it is refunded if you cancel by 15/4 2021 at the latest.

Cancellation
Trip cancellations are charged according to the Swedish Travel Agency's terms and conditions for package trips and Specialresor's special terms and conditions, available at www.special-resor.se (before the trip). With the addition that you have open purchase as above.
Miscellaneous
The exact time and place of collection will be announced in the departure notice which is sent out approximately three weeks before departure. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a trip no later than 30 days before departure if the number of participants falls below 30 people. We reserve the right to any program, price and timetable changes beyond our control.
